  2. An email from kubra.contact@casella.com will be sent to the email associated with the entered user ID; please check your SPAM folder if you don’t see it soon.
  3. Enter the 6-digit Verification Code provided in the email and click the Verify button
  4. Enter your new password twice, meeting the password requirement rules, and click the Continue button
  5. You will receive a Reset password successful message and click the Continue button
  6. You will also receive an email indicating that you’ve reset your password.
